Lightwear cannot ensure proper closure of the DRYTECH PROTECTOR™ nor post-manufacturing damage to the DRYTECH PROTECTOR™ and therefore is not responsible for any damage to the contents stored inside the DRYTECH PROTECTOR™. It is the users’ responsibility to ensure the DRYTECH PROTECTOR™ will protect contents to users’ satisfaction. User uses DRYTECH PROTECTOR™ at his or her own discretion and takes responsibility for any damage to any items stored in the DRYTECH PROTECTOR™.Please note that Lightwear cannot be held liable, in any manner, for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of the DRYTECH PROTECTOR™.
